Our founders have spent years in-house and in search, elevating the talent strategies and executive search capabilities of some of the most dynamic employers in the world, including JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Facebook.

Reflecting on what we loved most in our work—the most critical searches at our respective firms—we saw an opportunity to enhance and disrupt the retained search status quo. We understand the pressure points, the clients’ desires, and how to get stuff done in these environments. We also share the same ethos: unwavering determination, straightforward communication, integrity and putting relationships first. With domain experience intersecting the key corporate infrastructure verticals, we saw an opportunity to join forces and founded Oak3.

  • Heath leads Oak3’s work in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Risk & Controls. He has over 15 years of retained search and corporate recruiting experience. 

    Prior to Oak3, he was a member of Facebook’s executive search team. He was also Head of Talent Acquisition at Prosper Marketplace and an early member of the executive recruiting team at JPMorgan Chase. He spent the first half of his career in retained search with Charles Sterling Group. There he co-led the firm’s financial officers practice and was responsible for launching their New York City office.

    Heath’s goals in every search are to deliver an informed and unfiltered point of view, uncover game changing talent, and provide an amazing client and candidate experience. He earned his BS in Finance and Accounting at Boston College. He loves to ski, mountain bike, hike, fish and just about anything outdoors.

  • Galit is a passionate talent executive. With 20+ years of Corporate HR experience, building best in class enterprise global talent acquisition teams and executing on business critical senior level HR searches.  Galit's tenacity, commercial mindset and unique ability to assess talent and forge stakeholder relationships have made her a trusted partner. 

    Prior to launching Oak3, Galit was a Managing Director and led global talent acquisition teams for JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. She spearheaded the global build-out of an internal search function within Goldman Sachs.

    Galit has been featured in Harvard Business Review, eFinancialCareers, CNBC, and iReLaunch for her work in talent and diversity strategies.  She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in Ithaca, New York with her partner and their three kids.

  • Stephen specializes in senior searches across Engineering and Technology with 25+ years of recruiting experience and deep industry knowledge of Financial Services, Technology and FinTech.

    Prior to launching Oak3, he was a Managing Director and Global Head of recruiting at Goldman Sachs and a principal and early member of Pencom, an early stage engineering and technology search firm. Most recently Stephen has consulted and advised Quora, eTrade, AQR Capital and KKR on leadership and executive hiring and strategy.

    Stephen loves search, relationship building and solving the talent puzzle for clients. Stephen earned his BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and is an inductee into the Binghamton University Athletic Hall of Fame for his accomplishments in baseball. He enjoys spending time with family, quoting movies, collecting red wine and staying fit.

  • Erin joined Oak3 in 2021. She has over 15 years of diverse human capital experience spanning recruiting, talent management and talent strategy.

    Prior to joining Oak3, Erin was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she led the Business Partner team for Legal, Audit and Compliance. She enjoys the complexity that comes with working with people and working with clients to build great teams.

    Erin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and lives in Chicago. She enjoys playing with her kids and being outside.

  • Cassie joined Oak3 in 2022 bringing over 8 years of HR experience, predominantly in the recruiting space.

    Prior to joining Oak3, Cassie was a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, recruiting for corporate functions and managing talent branding and marketing.

    She has a passion for building relationships with both candidates and clients in order to make an impact.

    Cassie is a graduate of Providence College and currently lives in New Jersey. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the Jersey Shore.

  • Felicia joined Oak3 in 2023, bringing over 12 years of Recruitment and HR experience.

    Prior to joining Oak3, Felicia held the role of Senior Director of Talent at Landis, a Series B property technology startup backed by Sequoia Capital and Google Ventures. She represented the first HR hire for the company and led all aspects of the group. Felicia also spent nearly a decade with JPMorgan Chase, most recently as the Global Recruiting Head for the Office of the CFO organization, spanning all aspects of Finance, Business Management, and other functions within the organization.

    Felicia is a graduate of Fordham University and resides in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
